Sorry if I shouldn't make a thread, but I think you should make the forums Proboards. (Proboards.com)
Its simple, which some may not like, but its completely customizable if you know a good site with some codes for the forum.
I own a Proboards forum myself, and cant be happier with it. The big problem I have with this forum, is that you dont know what the latest thread was posted in on the home/index page. Whiiiiiiiich Proboards has.

I'm actually finding it hard to believe you actually switch. phpBB boards are one of the best free forums out there, and are HIGHLY customizable. Oh well.
Proboads are amazing, but sometimes the servers go down, or "reset" and that's really, really annoying.

There are a couple things that you can't do with phpBB that are really annoying me, such as add headers and footers. The only thing I like about phpBB is there are no ads.
As for servers going down, I've already had a problem with that on phpBB so far. This forum went down, and it reset to a earlier time. I lost a Japanese tutorial that took me like 4-5 hours to write, and I didn't have a copy saved anywhere.
